Lindemans Shiraz & Cabernet Sauvignon Cawarra

This wine has lovely rich fresh flavours of plums and blackcurrants. A gentle touch of toasted oak and subtle soft tannins balance well with the fruits. The gentle maturation of parcels of this wine with French and American oak adds a soft complexity. The wine is medium bodied and the acidity is well balanced at the finish.
