The banks of northern Italy's Adige River provide just the right growing conditions for Cavit Chardonnay grapes. Bunches of grapes are hand-picked to preserve the distinctive components and aromas that distinguish this wine. After selection, the grapes are fermented “sur lie” (on the skins). Hints of apple and tropical fruit are apparent in Cavit's enticing bouquet. The complex, harmonious and velvety palate concludes in a graceful finish of this delightful white. Cavit Chardonnay is an excellent companion to appetizers, fresh seafood and chicken dishes.
